1. Who can take part in Shine?

Shine is open to both men and women over the age of 13 years.  Participants aged 13 to 17 must be accompanied by another participant over the age of 18. We cannot take responsibility for under 18s on the day.

2. Can I enter as part of a team?

Unfortunately at present we do not offer the facility to enter as a team and each participant needs to enter as an individual. However, if you want to participate with other people, you can enter yourself and others with our simple online entry form.

3. Can I enter on the day?

Unfortunately you cannot enter on the day. For health and safety reasons we need to make sure that our events do not go over their capacity. It also keeps our administrative costs down and ensures that we have enough water and medals for our participants.

We recommend that you enter as soon as possible before the event so that you can secure your place and start fundraising. Event entry will close when maximum participant capacity is reached, but no later than 2 weeks before each event.
